Pastor Devin Cole is the founder of Greater Glory Ministries International, a pastor, educator, author, father, and mentor with a heart for helping believers develop a genuine and personal relationship with God. His ministry is rooted in a simple conviction that has become central to the vision of Greater Glory: “There has to be more.” More of God. More of His presence. More of His glory. And more depth in our relationship with Him.
Pastor Devin’s passion for ministry began at an early age. At just ten years old, he started a group chat with the simple desire to encourage and help other young people. What began as a small effort to reach his peers eventually grew beyond its original boundaries, reaching people internationally and developing into what is now Greater Glory Ministries International. Today, the ministry continues with the mission of advancing the purpose and plan of God in the life of every believer.
As a preacher and teacher, Pastor Devin is known for combining strong biblical conviction with compassion and grace. Whether delivering a passionate message from the pulpit or carefully walking through the details of a biblical passage, he believes Scripture should be handled with reverence, integrity, and understanding. He is not interested in religious performance, empty clichés, or preaching simply for effect. His desire is to communicate the Word of God in a way that is biblically sound, practical, honest, and applicable to everyday life while remaining sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
At the heart of his pastoral ministry is a desire to see believers mature beyond dependence upon a pastor and develop the ability to know, hear, and follow God for themselves. He encourages people to be honest with God, pursue Him beyond religious tradition, study His Word deeply, and cultivate an authentic relationship with Him. For Pastor Devin, going deeper in the things of God is not reserved for pastors or seasoned believers—it is an invitation available to everyone.
His passion for teaching extends beyond the church. Pastor Devin is also the founder and principal of Greater Academics Academy, where his commitment to education and the next generation continues in the classroom. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grace Christian University and is the author of four published books.
